Pet Healthcare Plan

Both CETA, our policy providers, and ourselves run a very streamlined and largely
automated system which greatly reduces overheads. For example, Petsgoeurope
operates exclusively on the internet. This saving is simply being passed on to you
the customer.

Why is your pet insurance so much cheaper than that offered by other companies?

Is this a whole life policy?

No. Whole life policies are expensive from the outset. Our aim is to offer a low cost high
value insurance providing cover when you actually need it. However, with the underwriters
approval cover can be extended annually once you pet passes the standard age limits.

Does the policy include cover for overseas travel under the PETs scheme?

Not automatically. Petsgoeurope recognise that many of our clients may never travel
abroad with their pets and so have chosen to offer the Pet Healthcare Plan with those
people in mind. If you do wish to travel abroad with your pet additional cover is available
from the underwriters. Again, as with question two above, why pay for something you
may never want to use?

Is there a discount if more than one pet is insured?

No. The premium is already well below the discounted premium offered by other
companies.

Will my credit card details be safe on the internet?

Yes, to actually buy your policy online you will be automatically connected to the
CETA server offering 128bit SSL encryption - the highest level of protection.

Who underwrites the policy?

The Pet Healthcare Plan is underwritten by IGI Insurance Company Limited,

Minerva House,Spaniel Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EP and issued by CETA.
